§ 119.01 DEFINITIONS.

(A) As used in this chapter, words and phrases that have meanings provided therefore in Sections 88 through 118 of House Bill 272 of the 2005 General Assembly of Kentucky have the same meanings herein.

(B) As used in this chapter, the words "PUBLIC WAY" mean the streets, alleys and other ways and grounds within the city that are open to public use by dedication, grant, prescription or otherwise.
