§ 118.04 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS LICENSE FEES.

   Pursuant to the police power of the city, the following license fees are hereby established:

   (A)   Sexually Oriented Business Operators Licenses. An initial application fee of $850; and an annual renewal fee of $500.

   (B)   Sexually Oriented Business Employee Licenses. An initial application fee of $350.00; and an annual renewal fee of $100.
