§ 114.06 LICENSE CERTIFICATE CONTENTS; VALID PERIOD.
   (A)   The city insurance business license shall be in the form consecutively-numbered documents which shall indicate:
      (1)   The name and address of the insurance company licensed;
      (2)   The amount of tax paid by the insurance company pursuant to the terms of this chapter;
      (3)   The date the license was issued; and
      (4)   The date the license expires.
   (B)   All city insurance business licenses issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall be valid only during the period of time from the date of issuance of the license until, but excluding the first day of the month of January following the date of the issuance of the license.
