For purposes of this subchapter, the following words have the meanings indicated:
"ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE." The meaning indicated in KRS 242.010; and
"MINOR." Any natural person who is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and
"PERSON." Any natural person, corporation, partnership, joint venture or unincorporated association of persons, or any combination thereof.
"REAL ESTATE." Includes, without limitation, land and any interest therein and all structures and other improvements thereon.
"OWNER." Any person who owns or controls any interest in any real estate in the city.
