§ 91.01 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW BY REFERENCE; INCORPORATION INTO CITY RECORDS.

(A) The provisions of KRS 383.505 through 383.715 (the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act) are hereby adopted by reference and made applicable to the city.

(B) The provisions of KRS 383.505 through 383.715, copies of which accompany Ordinance 1-7-83, are hereby made a part of the permanent records of the city.
