§ 90.01 KENTON COUNTY ORDINANCE 840.11 ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

(A) Kenton County Ordinance 840.11 is hereby adopted by reference as the animal control code to provide rules, regulations, prohibitions and penalties for the custody and maintenance of dogs and other animals in the city.

(B) The city animal control code shall be available for public inspection in the offices of the City Clerk/Tax Collector.
