§ 73.05 BICYCLES, SKATES, SKATEBOARDS PROHIBITED ON OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES: PENALTY.
   Nobody shall cause, permit, encourage, allow or engage in the operation or use of any bicycle, skate or skateboard within or upon any off-street motor vehicle parking facility open to public use in the city.
