§ 72.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "LAW." The common law and any act, statute, ordinance, regulation, or order of the United States, Commonwealth of Kentucky, Kenton County, this city, or any department, agency, or officer thereof.
   "PEACE OFFICER." A peace officer as defined in KRS 446.010(31) or any other person authorized to make arrests.
