Nobody shall cause, permit, allow, aid, assist, encourage or engage in the location of any parked motor vehicle on any public street or highway within twenty (20) feet of an intersection of public streets or highways, or within ten (10) feet of any mailbox used for the delivery of mail by the U.S. Postal Service or any other agency of the federal government.
