§ 53.06 LIABILITY: PAYMENT OF DEBTS.
   The board of commissioners shall be responsible for the payment of the debts of the commission only to the extent that there are assets of the commission available for such purposes. In no event should any member of the Winston Park Water Commission be personally liable for the payment of any obligation of the commission.
