§ 51.21 FEES TO BE PAID TO SANITATION DISTRICT.
   All fees, penalties, and interest established pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall be paid to the city or to Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties as the collecting agent for the city.
