§ 51.15 CLASSIFICATION OF SEWER USERS ESTABLISHED.
   The following types of sewer users are established pursuant to KRS 96.910 et seq.:
   (A)   Type I. Any sewer user not described as a Type II, Type III, or Type IV sewer user as herein defined.
   (B)   Type II. A sewer user whose property is connected to an internal public collector line of at least eight inches in diameter which was constructed as part of a subdivision development at no cost to the city but which system drains into a sewer line constructed by the city.
   (C)   Type III. A sewer user whose property is connected to an internal public collector line of at least eight inches in diameter which was constructed as part of a subdivision development at no cost to the city, which system does not drain into any portion of a sewer line which was constructed by the city. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing classifications, all owners of homes in the Mill Valley Subdivision shall be considered Type III customers in consideration of the developer's construction of sewer lines for the city.
   (D)   Type IV. A sewer user whose property is located within the old corporate limits of the former City of Winston Park and which is connected to that former city's system.
   (E)   Type V. A sewer user whose property is connected to the sanitary sewer line along Grand Avenue, Winona Drive, Fairview Avenue, and Reidlin Road which was constructed by the city with a federal grant.
