(A) The Utility Commission is hereby authorized to promulgate regulations governing connection to and use of the city sewer system consistent with this and any other relevant ordinances of this city, and all persons shall abide by such regulations.
(B) All sewer users shall abide by the rules and regulations promulgated by Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties, for its customers and shall pay all fees charged by the District for sewage treatment. All private sewage disposal systems must comply with all state and local codes.
