§ 51.02 CONNECTION TO SYSTEM, PAYMENT OF FEES REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall cause or permit any sewerable property on which there is located a private sewage disposal system to be used for any purpose unless the private sewage disposal system thereon is connected directly to the city sewage disposal system pursuant to the regulations of the city and until the fees established by the terms hereof for the use of the sewage disposal system have been paid.
   (B)   All private sewage disposal systems located on formerly non- sewerable property shall be connected to the city sewer system within 30 days of the property's becoming sewerable property as a result of the expansion of the city sewer system. All owners of sewerable property shall, within 30 days after connection into the sewer system, destroy or cause to be destroyed any privately-owned privy, cesspool, or septic tank and shall cause the ground where such privy, cesspool, or septic tank is located to be covered with lime or other germ- destroying chemical.
