§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM." Any system of pipes, drains, and conduits owned, operated, and maintained by any person other than the city for the purpose of collection and distribution of liquid waste material from real estate located within the city.
   "SEWER SYSTEM." That system of pipes, drains, and conduits owned, operated, or maintained by the city for the collection and distribution of liquid waste material from real estate located within the city.
   "SEWER USER." Any person who owns real estate within or without the city, upon which is located a private sewage disposal system which is connected directly to the city sewer system.
   "SEWERABLE PROPERTY." Any parcel of real estate within the city which abuts upon any public or private right-of-way or easement at a point where there is located therein any portion of the city sewer system.
   "UNIT." Each portion of a structure which is occupied or intended to be occupied by a person or his family, business, or any other association or organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated, which is exclusively separate and apart from the remaining portions of the structure, whether the portion is used for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes.
