§ 50.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "ANYBODY." Any individual human being, or any combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
   "NOBODY." No individual human being, or any combination thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
   "UNIT." A family unit. A one-family dwelling shall constitute one "UNIT." Each apartment in an apartment building shall be a separate "UNIT."
