§ 41.03 PROHIBITIONS.
   During any event for which the community center has been rented or reserved, nobody shall cause, promote, aid, assist, allow, encourage or engage in any of the following actions or occurrences on the premises of the community center:
   (A)   Smoking within any building thereon;
   (B)   Sound amplification to a level determined by any police officer of the city to be disruptive of the public peace;
   (C)   The operation and use of any musical instrument in combination with any other musical instrument, without a written authorization of the City Administrative Officer;
   (D)   The use of any lit candles or other open flames in the building other than in a fireplace or a glass container, such as a votive light or hurricane lamp;
   (E)   The use of glitter, rice, confetti or other fine materials;
   (F)   The use of birdseed anywhere other than outside of the building;
   (G)   The use of helium balloons in any room with a ceiling fan;
   (H)   The use of duct tape anywhere;
   (I)   The attachment of decorations to any part of the community center by any means other than the eye hooks provided by the city;
   (J)   The operation of any vehicles on any surface which isn't paved with either concrete, blacktop or gravel;
   (K)   The continuation of any event after midnight, without a written authorization of the city Administrative Officer;
   (L)   The presence of any guest on the premises of the community center more than one-half hour after the time designated for the end of the event;
   (M)   The presence of anybody else on the premises of the community center more than one hour after the time designated for the end of the event;
   (N)   The use of any stoves or ovens in the community center for any purpose other than warming food;
   (O)   The location or use of any tents at the community center, which are not provided by the city for an additional fee;
   (P)   The location of any sign in front of the building of the community center, which doesn't comply with the ordinances and regulations of the city in regard to temporary signs;
   (Q)   Any bubbles or bubble machines within the building of the community center;
   (R)   The location or use of any glass bottles or containers outside of the building of the community center; or
   (S)   Any violation of any alcoholic beverage control regulations of the city, county or state.
