For the purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"COMMUNITY CENTER." The real estate and improvements thereon located and known as 5606 Taylor Mill Road, in the City of Taylor Mill, in Kenton County, Ky. with PIDN: 058-40-00171.01.
1.3 - 501(c)(3) Organization:
"ORGANIZATION." Any organization which has been determined by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to be exempt from federal income tax pursuant to Section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code as described in Section 501(c)(3) thereof.
"PRIME TIME." Anytime after 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on any Friday, and any time on any Saturday or Sunday, and any time on the Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day or Thanksgiving Day.
