§ 38.05 RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
   Under the general supervision of the City Commission, the authorized city official shall be responsible for implementation of this chapter, including maintenance of the workforce analysis and job roster and the hearing of complaints of discrimination by any employees or prospective employees of the city. Final appeals will be heard by the City Commission.
