§ 151.067 EXTENSION OF PERMIT; ADDITIONAL FEES.

Whenever additional excavation in excess of that specified in any permit shall be made, the permittee shall pay an additional fee for the extra square footage of surface restored. The penalty of 10% shall be paid in all cases where an extension of the permit to cover such extra excavation shall not have been obtained within 48 hours after the making of such extra excavation.
