§ 74.05 PARKING UNDER CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a motor vehicle on any street, alley or on private property where the same is in public view, which:
   (A)   Does not display a current license plate;
   (B)   Does not display a current inspection sticker;
   (C)   Is not in operating condition; or
   (D)   Is a junk vehicle.
