(a) No person required to do so by any provision of this chapter shall fail, neglect or refuse to make such report or furnish any such information, photograph or fingerprints, or fail, neglect or refuse to render or furnish the same within the time prescribed in this chapter, nor fail, neglect or refuse to furnish to the Police Department within such time any information, photograph or fingerprints required to be furnished by any provisions of this chapter, nor furnish any false, untrue or misleading information on any statement relating to information required by any provsions of this chapter to be made or furnished.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
