(a) No person required by any provision of this chapter to furnish any such report herein required shall furnish in such report any false or fictitious address or any address other than a true address or intended address, or furnish in making any such report any false, untrue or misleading information or statement relating to any information required by the provisions of this chapter to be made and furnished.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
