(a) In the event any person required to register under the provisions of this chapter intends to leave the City, such person shall, before leaving the City, report to the Police Department and, in a written and signed statement, notify such Department of the address of the place to which such person expects to move.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
