(a) No person shall operate or maintain any instrument or device, such as, but not limited to, television sets, radios, stereos, phonographs, motion picture apparatus, carbonic guns or other devices which emit sound, so as to disturb the peace and good order of the community in which it is operated or maintained.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day of violation, or portion thereof, shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
