(a) No owner, manager or person in charge or control of a hotel, night club, restaurant, dance or amusement hall, tavern or other public place, shall engage in or permit rioting, revelling, intoxication or drunkeness in or about his place of business or premises.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
