509.10 CONDUCT AT DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS.
   (a)   "Drive-in restaurant" means any establishment where meals, sandwiches, ice cream, custard or similar products, soft drinks or any other similar food or food product is served directly or is permitted to be consumed by patrons in motor vehicles or other vehicles on the premises.
   (b)   No person while on or adjacent to the premises of a drive-in restaurant shall race the motor of any vehicle; suddenly start or stop any motor vehicle; or make or cause to be made any other loud or unseemly noise. No person parked on the premises of such business shall blow or cause to be blown unnecessarily any automobile horn at any time while so parked.
   (c)   No person on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, whether in or out of a motor vehicle, shall drink any alcoholic beverage anywhere on the premises. No group of three or more persons shall congregate and linger at any location on the premises of such drive-in businesses other than in the business building or buildings or in a legally parked motor vehicle. Persons so congregating and lingering shall be deemed guilty of loitering. No person shall drive a motor vehicle onto the premises of a drive-in business and then from such premises, without parking such motor vehicle, unless there is no unoccupied parking space available on the premises.
   (d)   No owner, manager or person in charge of any drive-in restaurant shall cause, create, allow or maintain any nuisance in or on its parking area whereby the peace, good order or sanitation of the community is disturbed.
   (e)   The owner, lessee, manager, operator or any person in charge of any drive-in restaurant shall keep the premises including the parking area thereof and any adjoining public street or private property contiguous thereto free from rubbish, waste products and debris including but not limited to napkins, straws, paper cups and plates, or similar articles made from plastic materials and all other waste materials which originate from such drive-in restaurant.
   (f)   The owner, lessee, manager, operator or any person in charge of any drive-in restaurant shall post and cause to be maintained on the premises in conspicuous locations one sign for each ten parking spaces or increment thereof bearing the following legend:
         Cruising in or congregating or lingering outside of a motor vehicle is unlawful.
   (g)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
