505.13 OBSTRUCTING ANIMAL WARDEN.
   (a)   No person shall obstruct, hinder or interfere with the Animal Warden when lawfully engaged in the performance of his dutes.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
