(a) Pursuant to Section 14.02 of the Charter of the City of Tallmadge, the Civil Service Commission is hereby authorized and directed to amend its rules to exclude the Tallmadge City Schools from the jurisdiction of the Tallmadge Civil Service Commission as described in section (b) of this Ordinance.
(b) Offices and positions in the Tallmadge City Schools shall be identified by the Commission as unclassified or not based upon Ohio Revised Code Section 124.11 and other applicable state law.
(c) The Civil Service Commission is further authorized to adopt any further ministerial regulations necessary to implement and carry out the approved rules and which are not inconsistent therewith.
(d) By adopting the aforesaid rules and regulations, those portions of the general civil service law inconsistent herewith are inapplicable to the Tallmadge City Schools and are hereby null and void.
