(a) The Board of Control shall consist of the Mayor, Service Director, Law Director, President of Council or a member of Council designated by him; and the Finance Director or Deputy Auditor.
(b) The meetings shall be called by either the Mayor or the Service Director.
(c) A quorum shall consist of three members of the Board which must include either the Mayor or the Service Director.
(d) The operation of the Board, including voting, shall conform to the requirements of Ohio R.C. 733.21. (Ord. 11-1987. Passed 6-25-87.)
