143.01 CHANGE ORDERS ON CAPITAL PROJECTS.

When the aggregate of change orders on any capital project equals or exceeds ten percent (10%) of the original contract awarded by the Board of Control, Council approval must be obtained. (Ord. 4-1987. Passed 9-10-87.)
