(a) There is hereby created the position of Graduate Engineer/Building Inspector whose duties shall be those as defined for such position in the employee classification on file in the City and as adopted by the Tallmadge Civil Service Commission.
(b) There is hereby created the position of Building, Zoning and Cemetery Clerk whose duties shall be those as defined for such positions in the employee classification on file in the City and as adopted by the Tallmadge Civil Service Commission.
(c) The positions created in subsection (a) and (b) hereof shall all be in the Classified Civil Service and such personnel shall be entitled to all forms of benefits accorded other Civil Service employees in the City.
