(a) Council hereby adopts the "Personnel Benefits and Policies for Non-Collective Bargaining Employees" attached to original Ordinance 99-2013 as Exhibit A and fully incorporated herein.
(b) The Director of Administration shall review the benefits for non-collective bargaining personnel at least every three years. He/she shall make recommendations to Council. The intent is to maintain a comparable level of benefits among City employees without requiring non-collective bargaining employees to lag behind union employees without review and consideration.
(c) The City of Tallmadge is an Equal Opportunity Employer and this section shall be interpreted consistently with law and the City's Equal Opportunity Policy.
