726.19 FEES COLLECTED.

All license fees collected shall be used for criminal investigations, police weapons, training and equipment, electronic and gaming experts, consultants, and other costs related to gaming activities. Up to twenty-five percent (25%) of such fees collected shall be allocated to the Fire Department for training.
