Whenever the Director of Public Safety designates a fire lane, a written notice shall be given to the owner, occupant, or person in charge of the premises. The designation may be appealed within ten (10) days by filing a written objection to the designation with the Director of Public Safety. The appeal shall be heard by the Mayor who may affirm disaffirm, or modify the designation and whose decision shall be final. (Ord. 2022-77. Passed 11-10-22.)
