1523.01 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY MAY ESTABLISH FIRE LANES; CONDITIONS.

The Director of Public Safety is authorized to establish fire lanes on either public or private property upon finding that a fire lane is necessary for safeguarding life and/or property from hazards of fire and explosion. (Ord. 2022-77. Passed 11-10-22.)
