1351.02 ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF NOTICE.

Upon receiving such written notice as required by Section 1351.01 hereof, and upon the presentation to the Service Director of any permit required by law to be issued before the moving of any building, the Service Director shall stamp the permit "Notice Received by the City of Tallmadge".
