1301.09 ENFORCEMENT.

(a) The Building Official shall enforce all the provisions of OBC relating to construction, arrangement, and erection of all buildings or parts thereof including fire protection as defined in Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-2-02.

(b) The Fire Marshal or Fire Chief shall enforce all provisions of OBC relating to fire prevention as defined in Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-2-02.
