The Clerk of the Building and Zoning Department of the City shall be designated as the Cemetery Clerk and as such shall perform the following duties:
(a) Such Clerk shall be the offical record keeper of all records pertaining to such Cemetery.
(b) Such Clerk shall retain a plat of Tallmadge Memorial Cemetery and all records pertaining to sale and use of grave sites therein.
(c) Such Clerk shall provide necessary purchase agreements and secure proper execution of deeds therefore.
(d) Such Clerk shall collect all sums due under this chapter whether for purchase or other charges and shall properly account for the same under the laws of State and the City.
(e) Such Clerk shall send any notices or announcements that may be required hereunder; unless otherwise provided.
