(a) The rates and charges pertaining to the Municipal Cemetery shall be established by City Council.
(b) Miscellaneous.
(1) No burial shall be permitted until the purchase price of the grave space has been paid in full.
(2) Any purchase of a lot or space is subject to all conditions, restrictions, rules or regulations that are now or may hereafter become effective pertaining to the Municipal Cemetery.
(3) Grave openings on Saturday are subject to an additional charge.
(4) No Sunday or Holiday burials are permitted.
(5) Graveside ceremonies commencing at 3:00 p.m. or later, Monday through Friday, are subject to an additional charge for extended hours.
(6) The maximum per space cemetery foundation is 42" x 16".
(7) To qualify for “Baby Section” charges, the vault cannot exceed forty-eight inches in length.
(8) There shall be no charge of any kind for burial in Potters Field. Only City residents are eligible to be buried therein.
(9) Liability for any cemetery charges shall be to the owner of the lot and/or to the person arranging for the services.
(10) Cremated remains may also be placed on existing graves.
