The schedule of fees and charges set out in this section is hereby adopted and shall apply to all zoning lots and tracts within the corporate limits of the City, effective no earlier than March 1, 2005, but no later than May 1, 2005, except as may be altered by credits or exemptions approved by the Director of Public Service.
(a) All zoning lots and tracts of land within the corporate limits of the City, unless specifically exempted, shall be billed for one Equivalent Rate Unit for each 3,000 square feet or fraction thereof of impervious surface area on the subject zoning lot or tract. There will be no service charge for zoning lots or tracts with fewer than 200 square feet of impervious surface area.
(b) Conventionally developed residential property shall be billed one ERU.
(c) The monthly service charge per Equivalent Rate Unit shall be three dollars ($3.00) per month through December 21, 2007. Thereafter, the monthly service charge shall be two dollars ($2.00) per month.
Starting January 1, 2023, the monthly service charge per ERU shall be three dollars ($3.00).
Then on January 1, 2024, the monthly service charge per ERU shall be three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50).
Then on January 1, 2025, the monthly service charge per ERU shall be four dollars ($4.00).
