(a) In the event that residents of the City of Akron desire to connect to the sanitary sewer line constructed by the City of Tallmadge in Eastwood Ave. in the City of Akron, such residents of Akron shall first pay to the City a sum equivalent of five dollars ($5.00) per front foot of property fronting and abutting on Eastwood Ave. sewer improvement.
(b) The City shall then notify the City of Akron that such sum has been paid to the City.
(c) In the event that residents of Tallmadge desire to connect to such sewer line in Easewood Ave. in the City, such residents shall first pay to the City a sum equal to three dollars ($3.00) per front foot of their property fronting and abutting on the Eastwood Ave. sewer.
(d) In the event a side line of property either of a resident of Akron or Tallmadge is involved, the fee set forth in subsections (a) and (c) hereof shall be considered as applying to the length of such side line rather than frontage.
(e) The fee set forth in subsections (a) and (c) hereof shall be considered as being an addition to any other fees or charges necessary to connect to such street side sewer line.
