921.15 CONTROL OF CESSPOOLS; VAULTS.

All cesspools, vaults and other like receptacles for house drainage upon streets wherein no proper sewerage is provided, shall be under the control of the Health Department and shall be constructed, ventilated and emptied as it shall direct.
