(a) Any person constructing a sidewalk within the corporation limits of the City shall first secure a permit from the Director of Public Service. The fee for such permit, payable prior to issuance of the permit, shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first 100 feet and an additional ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional ten feet or part thereof thereafter.
(b) The permit fee shall include the cost of one initial preconstruction inspection and one final inspection. Each additional reinspection is subject to a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
