760.21 PENALTY.
   (a)   Violations of this chapter shall be punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances.
   (b)   Each day that a sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation. (Ord. 87-1999. Passed 11-11-99.)
