749.16 EMPLOYMENT OF MASSOTHERAPIST.

No person shall employ as a massotherapist any person unless such employee has obtained and had in effect a permit issued pursuant to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4731 governing the limited practice of medicine.
