721.06 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF STATE ISSUED LICENSE.
   (a)    Each contractor who has received notice of suspension or revocation of the license described in Ohio R.C. Chapter 4740 and required for registration purposes in this chapter, must notify the Building Department within seven working days of receipt of such notice of suspension or revocation.
   (b)   In the event that the contractor's general liability insurance or workers' compensation coverage is terminated, or the contractor has received a notice of municipal income tax delinquency in payment or filing, he shall notify the Building Department within seven days of such insurance termination or tax delinquency notice. Such contractor shall have a total of fourteen days from such notice or termination to currently meet all registration requirements of this chapter. Failure to do so shall be good cause to revoke the registration.
