(a) No individual or business entity shall engage in the work of, advertise as, or present itself as being a contractor, specialty contractor, sign contractor, or sewer installer in the City without first registering as provided for in this chapter.
(b) Each business entity operating as a specialty contractor must employ full-time in a supervisory capacity at least one person who either holds or has assigned to the business entity a valid and unexpired license issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4740.
