The application for any license may be denied upon application, may be denied renewal, or may be revoked by five day written notice for any of the following reasons:
(a) Violation of any Building Code requirement.
(b) Violation of any Fire Code requirement.
(c) Violation of any health standard as established by the State or Summit County Health Departments.
(d) Violation of any Municipal zoning provision that is permitted to be required under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code.
(e) Violation of any provision of this chapter.
