557.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the offense occurs or continues. If the offender has previously been convicted of a provision of this chapter, a violation of the same provision is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If the offender has previously been convicted two times of the same provision of this chapter, a violation of the same provision is a misdemeanor of the third degree. If the offender has previously been convicted three times of the same provision of this chapter, a violation of the same provision is a misdemeanor of the second degree. If the offender has previously been convicted four or more times of the same provision of this chapter, a violation of the same provision is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
